Individual Training
I will do an initial free consultation with you to determine your needs and goals. I will use the information from this consultation along with body measurements and composition to devise a fitness plan that will meet your specific needs/goals. This plan may include strength and/or mobility training, low-impact and/or high-intensity cardio (HIIT). It will also be accompanied with some nutrition information and/or advice. Everyone client will receive 10% off of their first month.

(Sessions will be evenly distributed throughout the month)
