I will do an initial free consultation with you to determine your needs and goals. This will help me to devise a fitness plan to help you meet those goals. This plan may include strength and/or mobility training, low-impact and/or high-intensity cardio (HIIT). It will also be accompanied with some nutrition information and/or advice.
