Group Training

I will gather information from some basic health and fitness information from the group to devise a plan that will meet the general needs/goals of the group. This plan may include strength and/or mobility training, low-impact cardio and/or high-intensity cardio (HIIT). It will also be accompanied with nutrition information and/or advice. There will be no monthly or weekly commitment for this type of training program. We will schedule on a session by session basis.
